    NORTH GEORGIA WATERSPORTS RESERVATION POLICY

    Our Policies
    In order to ensure a safe and enjoyable lake experience, we would appreciate your honoring the terms and conditions of our policies.

    Rentals:
    Renter must be 21 years old and possess a valid Driver’s License. A valid credit card, in the renter’s name, must be used for the security deposit and will be charged should there be any additional fees or damage to the watercraft. If paying cash, the credit card will be imprinted until full cash payment is made and vessel inspected. We do not accept personal checks.

    Should you return the watercraft after your reserved rental time, there will be an additional hourly charge of $100.00. If you have rented multiple watercraft, the rate per hour will apply to each one rented.

    Safety equipment will be provided and inspected upon return. Should any equipment be damaged or missing, your credit card will be charged for the replacement or repair of the equipment, either of which will be done at our discretion.

    In order to meet our rental requirements for training and education, it is suggested that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled rental time.

    Reservations:
    We suggest that you reserve your watercraft at least 72 hours in advance to ensure that you are able to enjoy your lake experience on the watercraft of your choice.

    In order to reserve your watercraft, we require a valid credit card in the name of the renter.

    Cancellations:
    (REGULAR SEASON)

    We require a 48 hour notification of cancellation, If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, there will be no charge.

    If you do not notify us of your cancellation more than 48 hours in advance only the damage deposit will be refunded. The cost of the rental will not be refunded.

    (HOLIDAY / PEAK SEASON)

    Holiday rental, which includes one week before and after the actual holiday date (June 27th through July 11th for example), cancellations are not accepted (NO EXCEPTIONS).

    This is due to the rental business and limited number of watercraft available in the area, we have no other choice but to charge full reservation rate for last minute cancellations or no shows.

    Deposit Requirements: We now require full payment at the time of making the reservation. Please note our cancellation policy above in regards to our refund policy.
